I work with several universities, where I teach change management in an organization (MBA and HR).
I completed the Oxford Brookes University MBA program and a program at the Centre for Coaching, London, with a specialization in coaching of achievements, and stress and emotions management.
I believe that both efficiency and resilience are a set of habits, and I exercise my mental toughness, among others, by cycling, both covering long distances and overcoming my own weaknesses.
